Cancellation Policy

The cancellation fees are as follows:

28 days or more prior to pick up – No fee.

7-27 days prior to pick up - $25 fee.

2-7 days prior to pickup - $50 fee.

One day prior, or on the day, or no show - $100 fee.

Vehicle Returns

Vehicles returned early for any reason, no refunds.

Vehicle Return Condition Policy

Vehicles are to be returned in a clean and fit state to re-hire. We allow some cleaning and time for a full vehicle inspection. Any vehicle returned in an unfit state to re-hire will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $50. This includes removing the odour from smoking. There is a No Smoking Policy in all vehicles.
